Oceanic Discovery Center is a place dedicated to the exploration and research of the oceans surrounding the Zeithalt Island which have been ignored for too long and the unique ecosystem thriving under these oceans. Its aims are to explore and map all parts of the uncharted parts of the oceans in an organized fashion and discovery, research and protection of new species living under the sea.

Its a building complex located at the most southern reaches of Cerene Vale right next to the southern sea. The buildings inside divide into 2 main parts for the departments 2 main objectives, a part dedicated to exploration and mapping of the oceans and the other part dedicated to discovery, research and protection of the species living under the sea. Uniting both of these parts is the Center Building located at the middle of the complex, tasked with the management of Oceanic Discovery Center's entire operations.

Outside of these, there are also 4 naval dockyards at the complex to house its ships along with necessary buildings to support those ships to actually be able do the operations itself.
