📊 Chaosflux Observatory#

Chaosflux Observatory was built with the purpose of understanding nature's most unpredictable and volatile type of energy that is also the Silvan's least understood natural phenomenon, Chaos.

In nature, each type of energy follows specific rules that work in harmony to create balance. In contrast, Chaos disrupts this equilibrium. Even Corruption, which is deemed unnatural and harmful by the Silvans, adheres to some basic principles, while Chaos operates without a restraint, existing in a constantly fluctuating state. Even then, this strange energy has frequently been harnessed by the Deltans, raising questions about its nature and potential.

So to understand how Chaos works better, this observatory was established in a place that contains high amounts of this Chaotic energy, Chaotic Plains, after being captured by Protectores Silva.

Here, the Chaos is safely harvested from the environment with the help of locals that have experience with the said energy and put into observing chambers where they are carefully tested on. Due to the lack of understanding, this energy by Silvans, though, the local population has been recruited into various jobs in the observatory which causes occasional communication problems because of the language barrier.

The officials at Protectores Silva state that the findings from the Observatory will help our understanding of Zeithalt as a whole, advancing science and promote harmony with nature. But it is also speculated that one of the unofficial reasons for this observatory is making countermeasures against Deltans, whom at the time the Observatory was built, was in constant conflict with Silvans.
